Farmer’s Mar­ket Class & the Chef Studio

Event Date: Sat­ur­day, Feb­ru­ary 18th

Shop for and cook with the win­ter foods pro­vided year-round by our farm­ers. Join me and Chef Stu­dio stu­dents as we visit the win­ter Port­land Farmer’s Mar­ket. Fol­low­ing the mar­ket, we will con­vene at the Chef Stu­dio to cre­ate and cook our menu inspired by the freshly har­vested pro­duce of our win­ter months. The class is from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, cost is $45 and includes all ingre­di­ents for a light lunch, mate­ri­als and instruc­tion (plus wine pair­ing – why not?).
