Farmer’s Market Class & the Chef Studio

Event Date: Saturday, February 18th
Shop for and cook with the winter foods provided year-round by our farmers. Join me and Chef Studio students as we visit the winter Portland Farmer’s Market. Following the market, we will convene at the Chef Studio to create and cook our menu inspired by the freshly harvested produce of our winter months. The class is from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, cost is $45 and includes all ingredients for a light lunch, materials and instruction (plus wine pairing – why not?).
